The report offers an in-depth analysis of a store's daily, weekly, and hourly performance metrics, including revenue, gross sales, customer traffic, and average transaction value. It breaks down customer and revenue distribution by day and hour, and highlights the top-performing products, differentiating between served and unserved demand, which is crucial for optimizing staffing levels and inventory.
Problem Addressed
Store managers needed granular insights into sales and customer traffic patterns, coupled with product performance data (including unmet demand), to effectively align staffing and inventory with peak times and high-demand products.

This project provides an executive overview of digital marketing and user acquisition performance. The trend charts allow marketing teams to monitor growth in unique users and conversion rates over several months and analyze the performance of various digital campaigns.

Marketing leadership required a holistic, centralized dashboard to monitor the efficiency and reach of all digital channels, understand user growth trends, and evaluate the contribution of specific marketing campaigns to the overall conversion rate.

The dashboard focuses on measuring and monitoring inventory accuracy and deviation for specific product categories (e.g., Dairy, Premium Items) across stores. Key metrics track positive and negative deviations from expected counts, providing a clear picture of inventory quality and reliability. It also includes an inventory accuracy trend and a view of top-performing products by revenue.
Problem Addressed
Supply chain and inventory teams needed a detailed view of inventory count reliability to minimize stock-outs and overstocking. The goal was to quickly identify the magnitude and trend of positive and negative deviations to improve inventory auditing and management processes.

In port operations, real-time visibility of vessel locations, berthing schedules, and cargo handling is essential. This Power BI solution integrates multiple data sources—such as vessel tracking systems, terminal management software, and weather reports—into a unified dashboard. Real-time monitoring enables operators to optimize berth assignments, reduce idle times, and ensure smooth cargo loading and unloading.

Port operators needed unified visibility across vessel tracking, terminal management, and weather data to optimize operations and reduce vessel idle time.

Equipment Utilization and Predictive Maintenance
Ports rely heavily on equipment such as cranes, container handlers, and transport vehicles to manage operations efficiently. Monitoring the utilization and maintenance of this equipment can prevent costly breakdowns and minimize downtime. This Power BI dashboard visualizes equipment performance, schedules maintenance based on real-time usage data, and forecasts future equipment needs using predictive analytics.
Problem Addressed
Equipment breakdowns were causing costly downtime and operational delays. The port needed predictive insights to schedule maintenance proactively.

Warehouse Receiving Activity Dashboard
The landing page aimed to provide a quick health check for how the warehouses accepted deliveries. There were 2 storage methods in those warehouses: rack and bulk. We analysed how many of those locations were still open vs occupied (fulfilled). The client also received products packed into pallets every day. We analysed how many of those pallets were put away to storage locations vs not put away. The goal was to identify the pallets that are still not put away to the storage locations and prioritise them. Finally, we also analysed the number of items per forklift. The warehouse managers could identify which forklift still had items on them, click the 'view items' button to view the specific items on them and ask their team to put those items away.
Problem Addressed
Warehouse managers lacked visibility into receiving operations, storage location occupancy, and forklift utilization, leading to inefficient put-away processes.
